Our Work

IEP builds up individuals and organizations in grief-stricken communities to care for one another.

HOW WE WORK

An approach that empowers:

Learn more about us.

Instead of going into a location and starting brand new organizations, we connect with local people who are already working hard to restore their community after a conflict or catastrophe, partner with local business professionals, organizations, and people to restore confidence in their potential. We believe the most effective aid in a society is lead by its local people. This effort must first be relational, held accountable for its work, and eventually sustainable without us.

Where we work

We focus on grief-stricken communities striving to rebuild from conflict or catastrophe.

As of 2017, IEP is active in Juarez, Mexico, a city known as one of the most dangerous cities in the world. Over the past ten years Juarez has been torn apart by cartel related violence and corruption. We’ve partnered with orphanages, food kitchens, and churches to start making a difference. In 2018 we’re looking to expand the work we’ve done in Juarez to the Middle East.
